·       If you receive Business Long Distance Service pursuant to a signed contract or other term agreement with Qwest and it is currently in effect, its terms will govern the provision of your Qwest service along with the Rates and Services Schedules, unless your agreement specifically states the contrary.

·       Qwest Long Distance Service Agreement (QCC - Business)
This is Qwest's standard contract for detariffed Business Long Distance Services for business customers who do not have Qwest local exchange service and whose service is not covered by a signed contract or term agreement including expired contracts or term plans that are not renewed.

·       Qwest Long Distance Service Agreement (QCC - Residence)
This is Qwest's standard contract for detariffed Residence Long Distance Services for residence customers who do not have Qwest local exchange service and whose service is not covered by a signed contract or term agreement including expired contracts or term plans that are not renewed.

·       Qwest Long Distance Service Agreement (QLDC & QC - Business)
This is Qwest's standard contract for detariffed Business Long Distance Services for business customers who have Qwest local exchange service and whose service is not covered by a signed contract or term agreement including expired contracts or term plans that are not renewed. QLDC provides intraLATA and interLATA domestic and international long distance services. QC provides intraLATA local long distance services.

·       Qwest Long Distance Service Agreement (QLDC & QC - Residence)
This is Qwest's standard contract for detariffed Residence Long Distance Services for residence customers who have Qwest local exchange service and whose service is not covered by a signed contract or term agreement including expired contracts or term plans that are not renewed. QLDC provides intraLATA and interLATA domestic and international long distance services. QC provides intraLATA local long distance services.
